in 1976, Technology Dynamics, Inc.(Parent Company)
is a leader in the design and manufacture of standard
and custom power supplies for both commercial and
military applications. Technology Dynamics, Inc. serves
as the parent of both Nova Electric and Mid-Eastern
Industries divisions.
Through acquisitions
made in 1990, Technology Dynamics, Inc. is parent
to both the Nova Electric division, a premium supplier
of Inverters, UPSs and Frequency Converters, and the
Mid-Eastern Industries division, a leader in linear,
high precision laboratory power supplies and power
systems. These two divisions are located at the same
address as TDI, but function autonomously.

Company is privately owned and has obtained the ISO-9002
status.

90 total employees, of whom 35 are engineering personnel.
This includes 12 degreed engineers, of whom 3 have
